Job Description:
As a Flash Developer, you will be focusing on the development of Flash user interfaces for a J2EE enterprise web-application. This is not a position for graphic artists as it requires someone with technical skills and aptitude. You will be responsible for:

• Technical Design and coding of complex and highly interactive Flash user interfaces
• Integration of user interface with backend business logic using XML
• Interaction with the analysis team to understand the requirements
• Interaction with the business logic design and coding teams to ensure smooth integration
• Creation of comprehensive technical documents to capture design and coding decisions

Skills & Experiences:

• Experience with Flash and the ActionScript language, in particular ‘prototype' programming
• Familiar with XML
• Familiar with OO terminology and concepts (Java or C++)
• Possess good coding style and practice and be diligent in documenting designs
• Excellent technical writing skills and good English written and verbal skills
