Job Description:
Mfatix is looking for an experienced, self motivated and bright individual to join the company as a Senior Software QA Analyst. In this leadership position you will be responsible for coordinating and executing QA phase of company's flagship product. The product is enterprise software developed on J2EE technology (JSP/Struts, EJB 2.0, and Oracle). You will be responsible for:

• Defining, enforcing and maintaining QA process and standards for the company
• Creating Test Plan to outline testing strategy and Creating Test Case
• Model and Test Cases to meet user requirements (based on use cases)
• Producing statistical reports to communicate status of testing phase
• Responding to all QA inquires as the QA focal point and representing
• QA in all phases of software development process

Skills & Experiences:

• Extensive experience in testing processes, test planning, test case creation, and requirements verification and test results analysis
• Experience in project coordination - Must be self motivating, organized, detail oriented and result oriented individual who can work well both independently and as a part of a team
• Experience with the implementation, maintenance and use of automated testing tools and working knowledge of test process
